Orders & Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your credit card/payment method is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent including tracking number.

USA ORDERS

For USA orders, the below shipping charges and delivery times apply:

  • Ground - Free (3-7 business days)
  • 2 Day Air - USD 25 (2 business days)
  • Overnight - USD 45 (1 business day)

In case order value is below USD 200, a fee of USD 15 for Ground would apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (NON-USA)

Once processed and shipped, you will receive your order within 5 to 10 business days. We charge a flat international shipping fee of USD 35 per parcel for non-USA destinations. Such shipments are further sent under DDP terms (delivery duty paid), with duties and taxes collected by BEYOND BY VERA at checkout. 

DELIVERY PROCESS

The courier company will deliver between Monday-Friday only, and attempt delivery 3 times before goods are returned to us. In case delivery is attempted unsuccessfully, it would be the buyer's responsibility to coordinate a new attempt. We do not assume responsibility for any delays or additional costs related to this. BEYOND BY VERA is further not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS

In the event that your tracking information confirms delivery yet you haven't received your package, please contact us. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that, despite being marked as successfully delivered, go missing.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Please be advised that due to daily inventory fluctuations, certain items might be unavailable at the time of purchase. In the event of a purchase that involves a sold-out item, you will receive a notification via email and be given the option of a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the unlikely circumstance that your order is processed inaccurately or the items arrive damaged, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible. Please also include photographic evidence of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference. Please note we do not assume responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.

MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are unfortunately not possible. However, our standard returns procedure remains available. In case of delivery address details being incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, delays or additional costs due to rerouting would be the buyer’s responsibility.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

BEYOND BY VERA reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
