Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide via UPS, DHL or FedEx.


Shipping Process:

  • All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.
  • Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 5 - 7 business days.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Beyond by Vera is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
  • The courier will deliver between Monday-Friday only, and attempt delivery 3 times before goods are returned to us.
  • Customs/Taxes: For buyers within the USA no customs duties or taxes related to shipments would be applicable. Buyers outside of the USA may be charged customs duties and/or taxes by the courier company, which will be the buyer's responsibility. 


You may send your order back to us for a refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse shipping costs related to returns and we will deduct costs we incur related to returns from the refund amounts (e.g. import tariffs).

Orders shall be returned to our locations in

  • The Netherlands
  • Spain
  • UK
  • Israel
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong
  • USA

If you are not based in any of these countries we advise returning the items to the location closest to your country.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage to return your item(s) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. As soon as your item(s) have been received and checked we will issue your refund minus any costs associated with the return of the goods that we may have had to incur.

Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic hand made and hand printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.

  • All merchandise returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be shipped via UPS, DHL or Fedex with tracking number at your cost.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your refunds are processed.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase
  • Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No returns will be accepted.
