If you are not completely satisfied with your BEYOND BY VERA online purchase, you have 21 days from the order fulfilment date to send it back to us.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Final Sale = Final Sale.

Items marked "Sale" can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Items purchased as part of bundles (e.g. Buy One Get One Free) can be exchanged for another size only. 

Any product that is delivered damaged or defective may be sent back for a full refund or replacement if the product is available. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us directly at cs@beyondbyvera.com.

When returning goods, please note that all merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. We further only accept returns if the process was started within 21 days from the order fulfilment date.

Once your returned items have been received and passed a quality check, your credit will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card that is sent to your email address. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR USA ORDERS

Please click here to start your return process and receive a shipping label.

This entails the following steps:

1. Enter your order number plus postal code or email address used for the order.
2. Select the item(s) that are eligible for a return, and provide additional information as required to complete the return request.
3. Download and print your return shipping label from the portal. You will also receive an email to confirm your return has been initiated. 

All returns are subject to a USD 10 shipping and processing fee. 

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL (NON-USA) ORDERS

Email us on cs@beyondbyvera.com with your order number and we will provide the instructions depending on the country.

Shipping costs (incl. duties and taxes) for international returns are to be carried by the buyer in full.
