All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chicago, USA, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Once your credit card/payment method is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 2 - 4 business days via UPS Ground Shipping. Once your order is shipped, an email confirmation will be sent.
The courier will deliver between Monday-Friday only, and attempt delivery 3 times before goods are returned to us. In case delivery is attempted unsuccesfully, it would be the buyer's responsibility to coordinate a new attempt with UPS. BEYOND BY VERA does not assume responsibility for any delays or additional costs related to this.
In the event that your tracking information confirms delivery yet you haven't received your package, please contact us via email. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that, despite being marked as successfully delivered, go missing.
Please be advised that due to daily inventory fluctuations, certain items might be unavailable at the time of purchase. In the event of a purchase that involves a sold-out item, you will receive a notification via email and be given the option of a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.
In the unlikely circumstance that your order is processed inaccurately or the items arrive damaged, we kindly request you to email us as soon as possible. Please also include photographic evidence of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference. Please note we do not assume responsibility for damaged items purchased through third party retailers.
MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are unfortunately not possible. However, our standard returns procedure remains available. In case of delivery address details being incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, delays or additional costs due to rerouting would be the buyer’s responsibility.

For international shipments to Canada & Mexico we use UPS Worldwide Economy. Similar to the domestic process, you will be issued a tracking number via email. All international deliveries require a signature upon receipt. To understand the status of your order, track the parcel on ups.com
TAXATION & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Orders sent to Canada and Mexico could be subject to import taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. The responsibility to cover these costs falls on the buyer/receiver. Unfortunately, estimating the exact amount of these fees beforehand is not possible. Please be aware that payment will often be required before release of the item(s) from customs.
